I work in Cut-Paper Collage, cutting out shapes to fit together precisely to form a picture that is identifiable. My work is colorful and graphic in nature and also 3-dimensional. I’m inspired by the work of Henri Mattise, which has a flat, stylized look. My flat art includes landscapes, farm scenes, sailboats, and different types of birds.
