Pat Goodwin

PAT GOODWIN strives for a painterly interpretation of realism

— capturing a moment or place, and putting it to canvas to be revisited again and again.
“I’m drawn to the natural beauty of New Hampshire, as well as memorable places across America and abroad.”

A resident of the Mt. Washington Valley for over thirty years, she currently lives in Chocorua, NH, growing up in Virginia and Maine. Pat started painting later in life taking workshops, attending Plein Air and other drawing groups to expand her skills.

It was in retirement, that Goodwin developed her style, changing from acrylics and watercolors to water soluble oils. She enjoys the challenge of painting en plein air, but also paints figures and still life.

Original works as well as matted prints are on display at ArtWorks Gallery & Fine Crafts in Chocorua, NH.
